What is R.A.P.?
R.A.P. (Referral Associates of Pennsylvania) is a referral network designed to
generate additional income for you. All it takes is a phone call.
Is there an initial fee to become a R.A.P. agent?
We have a competitively based fee schedule:
$25.00 - Annual Fee($10 rebated with first closed referral; $15.00 balance
rebated with second closed referral.)
$20.00 - State transfer Fee payable to "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania"
Total Initial Cost - $45.00
How do I earn a referral commission?
Commission is earned when a referral transaction is closed. When the sales agent
receives his/her commission, the R.A.P. agent earns a percentage of the agent's
dollars.
What is my percentage of commission?
We are pleased to offer competitive commission levels on a graduated scale. Our
scale is based on increasing levels as follows (local referrals only):
- 1st closed transaction based on 20% of agent's side of the commission.
- 2nd closed transaction based on 24% of the agent's side of the commission.
- 3rd closed transaction based on 30% of the agent's side of the commission.
Example based on a sale price of $90,000 @ 7% commission:
- @20% yields $315.00 to R.A.P. agent
- @24% yields $378.00 to R.A.P. agent
- @30% yields $472.50 to R.A.P. agent
